Why does the casing on the Chinese Sausages peel off when I cut them up into smaller pieces? As our sausages are made from collagen casing, it is normal for the casing to come apart if the sausages are consumed straight away...to avoid this, we recommend to rest the freshly cooked sausages for a few minutes before enjoying! |

Do you deliver internationally? Currently, we only deliver within MAINLAND UK. |

Can you tell me more about Shipping? We offer free shipping for orders over £35. For orders under £35, there is a shipping fee of £3.95. Currently, orders will take around 4-5 working days to process and to arrive at your chosen delivery address. |

Is the product manufactured in the UK? Yes! Our product is made by us in our factory based in Nottinghamshire, UK. Our pork that we use are from British farms that are red tractor certified. These farms have responsible production standards and are regularly inspected. All red tractor pork can be traced back to the farm it was born and reared. |
